Welcome to AL Rooter Plumbing LLC ("AL Rooter Plumbing," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (alrooterplumbing.com) and any services you request from us. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Payment Terms, Ownership & Right of Reclamation

Payment Due Date: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of authorized work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. By signing an Estimate, Job Authorization, or Invoice, the Customer enters into a legally binding contract and agrees to pay the total specified balance upon job completion.

Title & Retention of Materials: Al Rooter Plumbing retains sole title and ownership of all parts, materials, fixtures, and equipment installed (including, but not limited to, water heaters, valves, piping, and fittings) until the total balance is paid in full.

Right of Reclamation: In the event of non-payment, payment refusal, or an unauthorized payment reversal, Al Rooter Plumbing reserves the absolute right, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, to enter the premises to safely disconnect, reclaim, and repossess any installed materials or equipment. The Customer agrees to waive any claims of trespass or damage resulting from the safe removal of unpaid property.

Late Fees: Late payments may be subject to service charges, interest, and collection fees.

2. Estimates, Scope of Work & Diagnostic Fees

Estimates & Scope Changes: Estimates are based on visible conditions only. Unforeseen issues or any changes to the scope of work must be approved by the Customer before additional work is performed.

Definition of a Complimentary "Free Estimate": A "Free Estimate" provided by Al Rooter Plumbing is strictly limited to a visual inspection and a verbal or written diagnostic assessment of visible plumbing components.

Exclusions from Free Estimates: A Free Estimate does NOT include physical diagnostic labor, invasive procedures (such as opening walls, ceilings, or floors), exposing hidden or buried utility lines, or moving personal household items, appliances, furniture, or home devices.

Diagnostic Fees: If invasive exploration, physical labor, or the relocation of household property is required to locate or diagnose a plumbing issue, a diagnostic service fee will apply. This fee will always be discussed and approved by the Customer before any physical diagnostic work begins.

3. Warranties & Pre-Existing Conditions

Pre-Existing Damages: Al Rooter Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing plumbing or structural conditions, nor for hidden damages discovered during the course of work.

Workmanship Warranty: Warranties apply strictly to workmanship performed by Al Rooter Plumbing. Please note that standard warranty terms cover a single return visit per year, rather than unlimited service calls. Manufacturer warranties apply directly to materials, parts, and equipment installed.

4. Customer Satisfaction & Open Communication

Our priority is to deliver top-tier service with complete transparency. If you have any questions, concerns, or discrepancies regarding the work performed, the pricing, or any aspect of your service, please do not hesitate to reach out. 5. Our Services

AL Rooter Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Houston, Spring, Katy, Sugar Land, and surrounding areas, including but not limited to drain cleaning, water heater repair and installation, leak detection, repiping, sewer and gas line services, and emergency plumbing repairs.

All service pricing is provided as a quote based on the scope of work described and/or an in-person or virtual assessment. Final pricing may vary based on conditions discovered once work begins, and will be communicated to you before any additional work is performed.

6. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with the website's security or functionality
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content without our permission

7. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

By providing your mobile phone number through our website, a form, or verbally, and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from AL Rooter Plumbing related to your service requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups, and — where you've separately opted in — promotional offers and review requests.

We make reasonable efforts to arrive within scheduled appointment windows. Delays may occasionally occur due to prior emergency calls, traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delay.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AL Rooter Plumbing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, beyond the cost of the services provided.
